Complete Course Description
This prenatal yoga practice incorporates breath and yoga postures to balance and energize body and mind. It includes a standing, balancing and back bending postures, along with a challenging arm strengthening sequence.\r\n\r\n
The practice is designed to help maintain and or build strength as you move through your pregnancy. A strong and fit body is important for optimal health for both mama and baby!\r\n\r\n
The breathing practices as well as the balance postures help with focus, aid concentration and have a calming effect on the mind. They can have a stress reducing effect. A calm mama is good for babe!\r\n
What Are The Requirements
- There are no requirements to take this course. All you have to do is set aside some time to practice the lessons so you can heal on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. \r\n
What Am I Going To Get From This Course
- Practice a Utkat asana and other exercises that will strengthen the body, release tension, and establish a healing mind-body connection. \r\n
